Bylaws
Green County Humane Society is governed by a Board of Directors following the bylaws found in our Article of the Bylaws
document. Bylaws are reviewed as needed by the Board of Directors. All bylaw changes are voted on by the GCHS membership.

Service Contracts
Green County Humane Society is a contracted service provider for Green County, the City of Monroe, and Lafayette County’s stray animals (dogs only in Lafayette County). Additionally, GCHS operates under a memorandum of understanding with Green County for stray bite-order cats. Current contracts are linked.
